Will I receive the same product I see in the photo?
Yes, you will always receive the product you see in the photo, except for any packaging change that has not taken place on the site immediately, or if there is a lack of images referring to the product, or any error in the insertion of the product, the images being merely illustrative.

Very easy. By subscribing your email in the NEWSLETTER area on the website's home page and clicking on "Subscribe"
New account creation
You should click on the button “Don't have an account? Create one here” and fill in the required fields. After submitting the registration, you will receive an email with the confirmation of the registration.
I already have an account created
To access your account, click on the "LOGIN" button located in the upper right corner of the page, then fill in the Email and Password fields and click on "Login".
I forgot my password
You should click on "Enter" and click on the field "I forgot my password", enter your e-mail address and click on "Submit". You will receive the password in your email.
Log into your account by clicking on your username (after logging in) in the upper right corner and under "Personal information" enter your new password. Your new password is available by clicking "Save".

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please contact our Customer Service via the Contacts menu.

Which company is responsible for delivering my Purchase?
Deliveries are carried out exclusively by companies selected and contracted by SolarShop, and the Customer has no influence on such decision. At the moment, we work with the transport companies TORRESTIR and CTTEXPRESSO.
