Shipping is done by carrier or by CTT to Mainland Portugal or Islands, so you must choose when you enter the delivery address, and it is generally delivered within 72h hours on working days, except in cases of out of stock. In this case, SolarShop will send an email to notify the customer.
We recommend that, as soon as you receive the purchase, check that everything is as requested. In the event that the packaging and shipment are damaged, the customer must check its contents at the time of delivery and report it on the transport note. If there is a lack, damage or anomaly of the item(s) you have received, you must immediately contact our customer service so that we can rectify the situation as soon as possible.
